On receiving an enquiry we will generally collect the minimum information required to deal with you such as name, contact details, payment details, age and details of other party members. If you choose to join our mailing list we will collect your name and email plus consent to receive communications from us. You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.

If you are to let your property with us we will collect name, contact details and bank details as well as information required to market the property.

For Supliers to our company we will collect the minimum amount of business specific personal data to enable us to manage the business relationship.

When you rent or enquire about a property we will collect store and use personal details as described above so that we can ful both your immediate and any potential future enquiry or booking. This allows you to be contacted about any current booking or enquiryand allows us to update you with information which may be interesting or beneficial in future without unduly prejudicing your rights and freedoms.

We act as agent between the hirer and the owner so will share some personal information as required and will pass on further information if requested which we will hold on your behalf as part of your booking record.

When you join our mailing list we collect, store and use your personal information as above with your consent so we can contact you with details of our properties, offers etc. This consent may be removed at any time.

If you are an owner whose property we let or are enquiring about this service we will record and use personal details as necessary for our legitimate business interests so that we can market and let your property. We will share the minimum amount of personal information with the renter and will pass on additional details if requested which we will hold as part of your records.
