Covid-19 Special Booking Conditions
Following our reopening we are of course hoping to stay open indefinitely but who knows what will happen during the coming months?
We are fielding questions on many scenarios on a daily basis and it's hard to form a policy for each individual case so we'll work on the following principle:
Once we have certainty that the lockdown is ending balances will become due 30 days before the holiday.
If we are closed so can't provide the accommodation you'll get a refund.
If we are open but you are unable to travel for reasons that relate to you such as a local lockdown or call from track and trace then we'd work with you to reschedule and would probably be able to resell the week and give a refund but I can't guarantee that.
I think this is a fair balance between ourselves and our guests, I don't think it's fair for us to bear all the risk of say a sudden London lockdown which would cripple us even though we were open for business.
Balance due date has been reduced from 60 to 30 days before the holiday and this will remain for the foreseeable future.
