Covid-19 Special Booking Conditions
We are now closed to arrivals apart from certain legal exceptions. Bookings for later in the year will be subject to the rules at the time.
We are fielding questions on many scenarios on a daily basis and it's hard to form a policy for each individual case so we'll work on the following principle:
You can reschedule or choose a refund If:
We are closed so can't provide the accommodation.
If the rules in your area mean you are unable to travel.
If the rules change so that your party is no longer allowed.
If we are open but you are unable to travel for reasons that relate to you personally such as call from track and trace then we will work with you to reschedule and would try to resell the week and give a refund but I can't guarantee that.
Our aim is to be as fair as possible to both guests and owners and any response to future rule changes will be on that basis.
Balance due date has been reduced from 60 to 30 days before the holiday and this will remain for the foreseeable future.
