Covid-19 Special Booking Conditions
In response to the uncertainty created by the current crisis we are providing the following additional help and assurance for our guests for all 2020 holidays booked on or after 24th April 2020:
Whilst the lockdown is in force balance payments will be due 14 days before the holiday not the normal 60 days.
Once we have certainty that the lockdown is ending balances will become due 30 days before the holiday.
In the event that the guest is unable to travel due to government restrictions they will be entitled to a refund of their deposit and service fee provided they notify us when the balance is due.
I've tried to write these terms in the knowledge that they may be scrutinised in future but if you were talking to me on the phone I would just say 'We want to be fair both ways- if you can't come you can have all your money back as long as you give us reasonable notice and it's because of the rules not that you've changed your mind or the weather looks iffy!'
