This incredible property is divided over three floors and boasts ample space for large families and entertaining. Upon entering the property you are greeted by the large entrance hall with the grand staircase leading up to the first floor. The lounge is located to the left and has patio doors that open onto the garden. The kitchen is the most social part of the property, with a large breakfast bar in the middle, as well as a breakfast table and additional seating beyond the bi-folding doors. The bi-folding doors open out onto the beautiful south-facing garden. A terraced pergola draped with vines creates the perfect shaded space. The garden also features a hot tub, sauna and steam room - the perfect place to wind down and relax to the fullest.

The grand staircase will take you up to the first floor of the property where the majority of the bedrooms are located. All of the bedrooms benefit from their own modern en-suites, there is also a family bathroom with a bath. The second staircase then takes you up to the second floor of the property, where guests can find the gym/yoga studio with full-length mirrors, weights and rowing machine. There are also additional bedrooms on this floor and a table tennis room at the end of the hallway.

The property is a short drive to Sandbanks Beach, Poole Harbour and Salterns Marina as well as surrounding restaurants, bars and shops.
