It boasts an elevated position on the third floor and has a private balcony that overlooks the Sandbanks ferry and the harbour entrance.
Sandbanks offers a variety of activities including water sports, boat and bike hire, and places to eat, from Rick Stein's restaurant, cafes, and Lazy Jacks pizzeria. A little further afield, the south coast offers some delightful places to visit, the seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole, and the historic Jurassic Coast.
No.5 has a wonderful, calm, and chic interior with attention to detail which gives the apartment a luxurious feel. The lounge has a large TV, comfortable sofa, and dining space. The newly fitted kitchen overlooks the rear of the property and has integrated appliances including a dishwasher and also a bistro dining set which is perfect for a morning coffee.

The spacious master king size bedroom also has lovely water glimpses. The second bedroom is beautifully designed and fitted with a double bed with a single over which offers flexibility for guests and a handy workspace desk which is perfect for anyone who needs to check in with work

The apartment has a large bathroom, with bath, and wetroom shower, and also a separate cloakroom.
Outside there is a private driveway to the block with unallocated parking for one car.
