This Scandi-New England inspired home, located only 100m from Sandbanks beach, sleeps 8, and offers the perfect mix of low-key luxury, privacy and seclusion thanks to the peace and tranquillity of its hide-away setting – yet only a short walk along the harbourside or beach to restaurants and cafes.

On the ground floor, the spacious limestone laid hall-way immediately welcomes you with a bright burst of vivid sunshine yellow on the archway which leads you through into the main L-shaped living space. The calming lounge opens out into a dining space for 8-10 adjacent to the bi-fold doors – so on warm summer’s afternoon or evening you can bring the outside in. The bespoke fitted kitchen offers alternative dining with a breakfast bar seating four (with harbour glimpses) and quality appliances including a SMEG gas range cooker, Bosch dishwasher and wine fridge. Expansive bi-fold doors open out onto a back deck and patio area with hot tub and BBQ (Weber gas and charcoal). Sun-filled from midday, it’s the ideal space for family BBQ’s, lunches and evening entertaining. This can also be accessed via a side gate (with pin code for guest security) and here you’ll also find a hot and cold running outside shower. Also on the ground floor, a study / snug adjoins the lounge space, ideal for curling up with a good book, putting a film on for the kids or catching up with work calls if you must.
Set off the kitchen is a downstairs loo and wet-room, ideal for de-sanding feet, and access through into a utility room (washer and dryer) and garage (with room for bikes and SUP storage).

The first floor comprises of three bedrooms (no. 2, 3 and 4). The Coral room is at the back of the property and can be configured to suit guests’ needs as either twin or super king double bed(s). The French Grey room has twin beds and a stunning en-suite. The Blue room offers a double and is next to the Family bathroom (with separate shower and bath). Both these bedrooms lead out onto a spacious front balcony that runs the entire length of the house. This is an ideal spot for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine. A beautiful bespoke oak and glass stair-case winds up to the second-floor Master bedroom and en-suite. A haven of peace, space and light where you can sleep soundly in the super-king sized bed and enjoy views of Old Harry Rocks and Poole Bay from the large balcony. There is also a separate second balcony, accessed from the landing at the top of the stairs leading to the Master Suite. This is perfect yoga space or for enjoying a quiet sundowner as the sun sets over Poole Harbour.
